5. Procedures and methods of deleting the personal information

WINTECH will delete your personal information right after the purpose of collecting or receiving the personal information is achieved.

■ Procedure of deletion

- Personal information will be moved to a separate DB (boxes in case of paper documents) if necessary and stored for a certain period and then destroyed.

- Once the retention period is expired according to the relevant laws and regulations the user information will be regarded as information for deletion.

■ Method of deletion

- Personal information written on paper (written): destroyed by crushing or incineration.

- Personal information stored in an electronic file format such as a DB: destroyed by a technical method that cannot be reproduced or recovered.

6. User's rights and how to exercise

Users can request to view, modify and delete the registered information at any time. If a user contacts the person in charge of personal information management in writing, by phone or e-mail, we will take action without delay. If a user requests correction of errors in personal information, we will not use or provide the personal information until we have completed the correction. 10. Obligation notices due to policy changes
